A CD release of mostly tracks from the 'Premium Jams' project is not the most happy choice for me. Though the CD has its moments ("Joyphil," "Prehistrobie K-18," and "Route Canal"), Phil has recorded more exciting jams on '220,' 'Zion,' and 'On the Fly.' Let's hope we see some of Phil's incredible tracks (like "Take Courage") from the Backroom Trax remixed and remastered soon. A reissue of 'A Christmas Gift,' would be nice as well. In the final analysis, did I buy this CD? Of course! But I look forward to some new material and some reissues of previous projects.

Another good album, but not my favorite either. I agree with John D. on most of this. Hey Phil, not sure if you read these or not but might it be time for a little 'time' re-release. That song is still one of the greatest of all time and truly your 'freebird'. I would love to hear a 30 min acoustic looping version, like what you have on the on the fly CD, with of course some tasteful electric solos mixed in as well.
