Returns / Refunds:
To return new, unopened items within 30 days of purchase date for a full refund, please contact us. Items should be returned in their original product packaging and received by us in re-sellable condition.
We'll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of returning your item(s), however, in most cases you will receive a refund more quickly.
Exchanges:
If you received a damaged, or faulty item and need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us to request a replacement.
If you would like to exchange an item for a different one, please contact us to return the original, unopened item within 30 days of purchase date, and include the title / name of product you wish to be sent in exchange for the one you are returning.
