On October 29, 2007, Phil Keaggy was inducted into the Gospel Music Hall of Fame. Phil was honored that evening with a performance of his song "Let Everything Else Go", sung by his son Ian, and accompanied by friends Wes King and Scott Dente. Afterwards, fellow Love Inn member and long time friend Tommy Coomes and POD member Jason Truby spoke about Phil. then offically inducted him into the Hall of Fame. Phil gave a warming speech, thanking the many people in his life and career throughout the years, and most especially, his beloved wife Bernadette.
